Privacy Policy

TableTennisStoreOnline.com respects your privacy and is committed to protect any personal information you share with us. We do not sell, rent, or give personal customer information to any other company. The only exception is the circumstance when we sent the information to our business partners who work on our behalf to full your order, for example when we drop-ship a table to you directly from the manufacturer. In this case, we will provide to our partner ony the information required to deliver the service or product, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. Other than this, we will disclose your personal information only if required to do so by law, or to protect personal or public safety.


Delivery Information

Freight shipping (all tables)
All table tennis table prices include free CURBSIDE shipping to mainland Continental USA addresses, however there may be additional charges for special delivery situations, such as NY City Metropolitan Area, island delivery, and some remote areas. If you feel that the special delivery situations may apply, please contact us for a quote. Delivery will be made by a 48' tractor/trailer or other large truck. Your shipping address must be able to accommodate the truck. Please contact us if you have any delivery concerns. TableTennisStoreOnline.com will NOT be responsible for inaccurate or undeliverable addresses.

The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading your table, and leaves the table at the curbside. Any additional services, such as two-person delivery, liftgate service, inside delivery, smaller truck, etc... are not included in the price of the table. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. They usually cost between $75.00 and $150.00 each. Please contact us if you would like additional information or to request special delivery services. Additional services requested after your order has been placed will be re-billed to your credit card and you will receive a revised receipt.

UPON DELIVERY, the freight agent will ask you to sign a Delivery Receipt. Someone must be on hand when delivery is made to inspect the shipment, sign for it, and also assist the truck driver with unloading if requested. This Delivery Receipt is an acknowledgement by you of the receipt of all cartons listed and that the shipment is in good condition.

YOU SHOULD THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT.

If any of the cartons listed on the Delivery Receipt are missing or damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment until the freight agent makes a damaged or shortage notation on your freight bill. If there is any doubt as to the condition of the shipment please note that the delivery is subject to further inspection before signing. If the freight bill specifies that the shipment was shipped on a skid, and the shipment is not banded on a skid, have the driver make a notation on the Delivery Receipt that the shipment was removed from its shipping skid. If the table has obvious damage that appears to be non-repairable, you can choose to refuse delivery.

KEEP YOUR COPY OF THE DELIVERY RECEIPT IN CASE IT IS NECESSARY TO FILE A FREIGHT CLAIM!

If, after receiving the shipment, you discover CONCEALED loss or damage, keep all packing material, notify the freight company at once, and request that they make an inspection. Once you have notified the freight company, contact us to report the problem so that we can work with the warehouse to file a claim. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. Unless you do this within 10 days of delivery, the freight company will not consider any claims for loss or damage.

When will I get my table?
Tables are shipped directly from the warehouse to you by freight line. The table should reach the terminal nearest to you within one to two weeks of being shipped (this time frame varies depending on location). Once the table reaches this terminal, the shipping company will call you to set up a delivery appointment. They deliver during the business week (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) and require a four hour shipping window for the appointment (for example 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 or 2:00 p.m. to 6:00p.m.). Someone must be present for the delivery.

What is the status of my order?
In the minutes following the placement of your order, you will receive an email confirmation. After several days reply to the email confirmation to request the status of your order.

What about my other stuff?
Our prices for rackets, balls, robots, and other accessories include shipping. These will be shipped separately via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.


30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from TableTennisStoreOnline.com, which is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return. Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued less fees for re-stocking and freight shipping charges. The fee for re-stocking is 25% of the original purchase price.. All returned products must be in their original packaging and must be returned in a never-used condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Products delivered damaged, with missing parts, or inoperable, must be reported to TableTennisStoreOnline.com within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. If customer does not wish to replace damaged, missing, or inoperable parts, they must notify TableTennisStoreOnline.com within 7 days for a full refund.


Order Cancellation

If after placing your order you change your mind, you may cancel your order by replying to your order confirmation email and requesting the cancellation. In this request, please state the reason for your cancellation. If you wish to discuss other products please give us a call. There will be no fees charged for orders that have not shipped and are cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Additionally, there will be no fees charged for orders cancelled due to the ordered item being unavailable. After 24 hours or if your order has been shipped, fees may apply depending on the status of your order. Cancelled orders that have been charged but not shipped will be refunded less credit card processing fees of 6%. Once shipping has occurred, charges will be assessed as per the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy described above.
