This manual is used for ITTF Development Program and Olympic Solidarity Courses, and for countries without a Coach Accreditation system in place. The manual contains the syllabus and content for 4 levels of coaching courses, all of which are cumulative as follows:

*Community Leaders Course - 3 hours
*School Teachers Course - 6 hours
*Club Coach Course - 12 hours
*ITTF Level 1 Coaching Course - 24 hours
